To give you a general idea of how I calculate estimated cost, I will summarize; —— – Parts: You’ll cover all costs of acquiring necessary parts from other sellers (including shipping). If I have a part you need in stock, you won’t have to pay for any additional shipping, and I will sell it to you at unit cost rather than full price. – Shipping: You will pay for shipping to and from your house. Returning this form to me with your console will allow us to keep a ‘paper trail’ to ensure both of us are protected should anything differ from what was agreed-upon. -A console received without an accurate, signed copy of the Repair Order Form included, (where electronic signature is unavailable,) will be immediately shipped back, untouched. It is important that both parties remain accountable for any and all agreements. – This type of service is typically reliant upon the honor system, which places the customer in an especially vulnerable position trusting the word of a stranger that their device will be properly cared for and the repair handled with integrity. Most sellers simply offer a flat rate listing price and tell you to mail your device to them yourself, almost entirely outside of eBay’s protected ecosystem. As both a frequent seller and buyer on eBay myself, I believe this is inadequate. As such, I have designed a system which relies as little upon the honor system as possible, holding both parties fully accountable at every step of the process.To make this possible, there are a few key terms to which you must agree before we can move forward, which will be on the Repair Order Form and are listed below. I only ask that you maintain communication regarding if/when you decide to send it in.INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: For international orders, there won’t be a label in the box, because USPS does not support prepaid international return labels. Instead, we will utilize eBay’s own system to generate an international return shipping label after you’ve received the package by opening a return request on this order. When you request the return, please DO NOT choose «Item Not As Described» as the reason for return, as this hurts seller metrics.
