What a great find we have here. This is an all original Gerald Thurston for Lightolier table lamp. These come in several colors, but the red is the hardest to find is my understanding. I wish I could say this is without its condition issues, but there are a few that I have shown in the pictures. All of the parts are all original, and the lamp is in perfect working condition in terms of an electrical standpoint however, the let’s call it ventilated shade where it seats on the metal top the plastic is broken in two sections which I have highlighted in the photographs. When the shade is seated, this is not noticeable, and it doesn’t really detract from the overall appearance of the lamp .In addition to that, the red has suffered some fading to the base. It looks like this was left in the sun for a little bit, and it does appear lighter in shading on the base part in a few areas overall this is still a really good find and a great addition to any mid-century modern home. I’ve seen these command some pretty high prices so I’m starting it at a reasonable or what I feel is reasonable price. I’ve had this for a long time and I’m open to offers ..if you make an offer and it is declined by eBay automatic rejection, please reach out to me through messaging and we can negotiate that way. Please examine all of the photographs as they are part of the description and on a piece like this I’m afraid I would not accept a return so please be certain about what you were buying before you purchase it. I’m selling as found but in working condition. This is going to require a large box I will ship least expensive method available with insurance.
